To get to that state of mind, it either depends on the ideologies that those leaders or commanders carry, or it depends on their childhood. I know Saddam Hussein has a very bad childhood. He grew up in a family that there was brutal. His mother was married several times. So Saddam Hussein grew up with crime, and he's carrying--I don't know how to describe him. He is not a socialist, he is not a nationalist, he is not a Nazi, he is not a fascist; probably he is a combination of all these ideologies in his mind, and he loves crime. Saddam Hussein watches what he implements. I have seen his signature. There is 5,000 papers of his secret police that have been brought to the United States to form a case of genocide against him. Among those papers there is hundreds of papers that have been signed both by Saddam Hussein personally to execute people. For Stalin, Stalin was carrying a very dangerous ideology, communism. He believed in killing anybody opposes the ideology, or force people to carry an ideology that they know it doesn't work. Stalin killed over 10 million people during 1937-1938. These are only people that didn't listen to him, or could not believe in what he was implementing.
