Cartoon drawing of four tableaus. The upper left depicts Benito Mussolini as an “Italian Dictator” in a window. The upper right depicts Adolph Hitler as a “German Dictator” in a window “20 stories above the street, out of pistol range.” The lower left depicts Engelbert Dollfuss as an “Austrian Dictator” in a window. The lower right depicts an American woman with a rolling pin waiting on her husband. She says, “Come up you little cricket. I’ll teach you something.” He replies, “Yes, my queen!”
